Happy Birthday David

David's birthday was last week and I organized a surprise dinner for him on Friday night.

He thought just him and I were going out to eat and when I walked straight to the table without going to the hostess stand first, he was a little confused. Until he saw the table of 20 of our close friends and his family.

And yes, I did pack my camera but no, I didn't take any freaking pictures. I've been so against taking pictures for the longest time that it's hard to remember to do it when I really want to! So thank you Kristen and Chelsea for these pictures from the night...

Just because he's so darn cute...

I took this picture of Brutus on my way out the door this morning. He was waiting on me to turn the light off so he could go back to bed. He does this weird thing where he sticks his legs straight out underneath him. It doesn't look very comfortable but he does it all the time. I think he looks like a little gremlin.
