Feeling better

Cooper finally got over his fever/cold and went back to school, just in time for me to get a call that Chloe had a fever. Last week was miserable and busy trying to keep everyone well and our normal activities and preparing for friends to come over on Saturday to watch football and decorate pumpkins.

 

We made a quick trip to the pumpkin patch to get a few pumpkins for everyone to paint.

Chloe woke up with a fever again on Saturday so she didn't get to participate. I'm saving a pumpkin for her though, so maybe we can get to it before Halloween is over.

Everyone was better by Sunday and we got to enjoy the day outside, playing in the dirt.

Playing Catch Up

We've started this fall off with a very full schedule!

We went to our local football homecoming game a few weeks ago.

We celebrated the first day of October by decorating for Halloween and wearing our Halloween pajamas to bed!

We played hooky from work and school and took the twins to the Tulsa State Fair to watch Frozen on Ice.

 

This is the first year they were both tall enough to ride the rides!

 

Cooper had is first real cold that was possibly the flu. We stayed home together and he helped me get some work done.

 

Chloe and Betsey brought their friends Carsen and Sutton to bring a friend night at dance.

 

And we're only in the second week of October! I'm pretty sure we have plans every weekend through January!!!

Chloe & Daddy Camping Trip

David and Chloe packed up and went on a Father/Daughter camping trip last Saturday.

It was a special event with different activities for them to do together and separately.

That night, before bed, Connor and I decided to send David and Chloe a few pictures of us since they had been sending pictures all day...

It ended up pouring down rain that night and the tent leaked and the air mattress lost air. David didn't get any sleep but Chloe slept through the whole thing.
