Chloe's homecoming...a little late.

I recently realized, after looking through pictures on my camera, that I never really did an official post about the day we brought Chloe home. I was probably a little busy and overwhelmed with 2 babies at home!

But first I wanted to share some pictures of her during her stay before we brought her home.

This was her name tag on the outside of her isolate that the nurses made for her.

Wide awake.

She loves having her hands up at her face. She even ripped her feeding tube out a few times. She was ready to get out of there!

It was so hard to just get to spend a few minutes holding her before we would have to put her back so she would rest up for the next feeding.

Then the day finally came...we got to take her home! This was her when we walked in to get her... She was so ready!

This was her board we checked every day for her progress. She weighed 5 pounds the day we brought her home!

This was Chloe's nurse Katie. She was working the day the twins were born and helped David with everything that first day. And she was there the day Chloe went home.

All packed up and ready to go!

Getting to leave the hospital with BOTH babies!

They both slept through the whole reunion.

After some cuddle time with brother, she had her first bath at home.

Today it seems like this all happened years ago! It's crazy how much our lives have changed in just 7 weeks, but at the same time, it feels like they've been mine forever.

We love you Chloe Brynn and we're so happy you're home :)
