Christmas #3 - Christmas Morning

Christmas morning was just us. I set up my camera, and tried to get a decent setting and turned on the interval timer. We also had the video camera rolling. The pictures aren't great but it's still fun to see them!
Connor and Chloe were so excited when they came in to find everything Santa had left. They didn't know where to go to first and I think they got a little overwhelmed for first thing in the morning! But it was so exciting!
This one makes me laugh because David and I are both looking at something and I'm assuming it's Connor off camera probably doing something we don't think he should be doing or getting ready to do something we don't think he should be doing.
And, of course, they were interested in each other's new toys. So that caused a few fights.

Christmas #2 - Christmas Eve

We went to David's parents' house for Christmas Eve. I guess we got more video than pictures because this is all that I had on my camera.
They love playing in the playroom over there. And I was going to document every toy they got for Christmas like I did in my last post, but it's been over a week and they got so much stuff for Christmas, I can't remember it all!
They love playing with their cousins too!
When we got home, Boomer had come back from the North Pole with a present for us to open early.
Inside was Christmas pjs for us all to wear and a Christmas book for us to read before bed. Then Santa came...
And then Santa decided that was a lot of stuff for the kids to find first thing in the morning so he put some of it up in the playroom for them to find later...

Cookies for Santa

Last week, after the kids got out of school for Christmas break, I set up my camera and turned the oven on and we made cookies for Santa and Boomer. Yes, they are the ready to make kind, but they like helping me put them on the backing sheet!
